Sometimes new customers ask: How did it all start at Damcon?
Well, that is a very long story that is almost 55 years old. A unique and original story indeed.
And with this photo, our story is a little easier to tell.

One more welder! That is very nice with the many machines that we have to build. Tijs Vermeulen recently joined the welding department as a construction fitter/ welder.
On Friday and Saturday, thousands of people were introduced to our sustainable machines and the way we build them. Always useful these open days; on Friday not only customers from the Netherlands visited, but also from Germany, England, Ireland and even Croatia.
We recently delivered this beautiful Selector 471 with new Stage V engine to a customer in France.
This Selector 471 is a robust, powerful tree lifter that requires very little maintenance.
